Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are only accepted on unopened products within 14 business days for a full refund or exchange, however, we do ask that you pay for shipping for these refunds. If the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.

Exchanges

If your product is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your product at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel a recent order, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel our order for a full refund. Cancellations done after the 24 hour period will not be refunded due to the strict nature of CBD processing.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period accounts for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
